Cheryl A. Rowe, Esquire

 

and skill which benefits the clients.

 

Attorney Rowe is admitted to the bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. Her practice is concentrated primarily in the area of family law and divorce matters. Her extensive trial experience enables her to represent a client’s interests aggressively and efficiently, while her certification as a mediator allows her to seek favorable settlement agreements with a high rate of success.

 

Attorney Rowe represents clients primarily in Berks, Lancaster and Schuylkill counties; however, she has been counsel in cases in Chester, Montgomery, Lebanon, Dauphin and Cumberland Counties. Cheryl has also represented clients who have matters pending in these counties, but who live in other states such as Maine, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida and Illinois. She has also represented clients on active military duty in various parts of the world.

 

She is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Berks County Bar Association.

 

Ms. Rowe has three children, and her hobbies include horseback riding, camping, and scrap booking.

 

 

Denise M. Sebald, Esquire

 

Denise M. Sebald, an associate with Rowe Law Offices, joined the firm in February 2006. She is a native of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and, after taking a brief hiatus after graduating high school, began attending Bucks County Community College in the evening program and earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies where she graduated with honors in 1999. She accomplished this while working full-time as a legal secretary at the law firm of Eisenberg and Associates in Horsham, Pennsylvania. She then continued her studies in the evening program at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while continuing to work full-time as a paralegal in a law firm specializing in family law.

 

After receiving her Bachelor of Science Degree with honors from St. Joseph’s University in 2001, she was admitted to the evening program at Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. While enrolled in law school, in addition to maintaining her full-time employment as a paralegal, she participated in Temple’s renowned Integrated Trial Advocacy Program, where she received a distinguished performance award. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Temple University in 2005 and immediately began practicing family law at the firm of Eisenberg and Associates, where she was employed throughout all of college and law school.

 

Denise is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has worked in the field of family law and civil litigation since 1996 and her employment history gives her a unique understanding of the law from numerous perspectives. In addition to the firm’s concentration in family law, she has expertise in the areas of bankruptcy, estate planning, decedent’s estate matters, DUI, adoption, guardianship and real estate matters.

 

Aside from practicing law, she is a devoted mother and loves cooking, gardening, traveling and outdoor sports.

 

 

Carly M. Wolf, Esquire

 

Carly M. Wolf, an associate with Rowe Law Offices, joined the firm in November 2007. She is a Berks County native who graduated from Oley Valley High School. She subsequently attended LaSalle University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.

 

Carly received her Juris Doctor Cum Laude with a concentration in Litigation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2007. During law school, she was actively involved as a member of the Moot Court Board in Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Carly was also invited to join a moot court team that represented the law school at the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Tournament in San Diego, California, where she competed against students from other law schools. In the course of her studies, she interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the law firm of Thorp Reed & Armstrong in Philadelphia.

 

She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Her practice focuses on family law, estate planning and estate administration. Carly is a member of the Berks County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.

 

 

Ashley M. Eckert, Esquire

 

Ashley Eckert joined Rowe Law Offices in November of 2008. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from West Chester University, where she graduated cum laude. Ashley then attended Widener University School of Law in Delaware, where she achieved her Juris Doctor and graduated in the top one-third of her class.

 

While in law school, Ashley helped to revive Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity on the Widener campus, an organization which had been defunct for a number of years at that location. She served as Treasurer of the fraternity and arranged several fundraisers and events that benefited PAD, the law school, and the community at large.

 

Ashley is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and holds membership with the Berks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association. In her free time, she enjoys travel, literature, culinary arts and spending time with her family.

After graduation from Dickinson Law, she began to practice with a 19 attorney firm in Reading where she remained until 1997. She concentrated on litigation and family law.

 

Attorney Rowe started her own law firm in 1997. Rowe Law Offices, P.C. represents clients for divorce, custody, support and related matters, bankruptcy, estate planning and administration, business matters and real estate issues. The firm is dedicated to excellent, compassionate client service with an emphasis on truthful and straightforward communication between client and lawyer. Currently, she has three associate attorneys on staff, two paralegals and four support/secretarial staff who work for her.  This experienced team has a tremendous depth of knowledge
