Quarterback announces divorce from wife

Anyone in Berks County who follows the Philadelphia Eagles is aware that the team hasn't done that well in the postseason for several years. The Seahawks, on the other hand recently won the Super Bowl, led by their quarterback Russell Wilson. Wilson, however, has been in the news for something other than his skill on the football field. He has just announced that he and his wife of two years would be divorcing.

Student loan debt division in divorce

With more people obtaining advanced degrees and the cost of higher education continually on the increase, student loan debt is an issue for many Americans nowadays. Little surprise, then, that more and more people are bringing significant student loan debt into marriage. Divorce rate is falling among couples in their 20s

When many people in Wyomissing think about divorce, they think about people who got married when they were young, often without thinking. Ten years later and the individuals who impulsively said "I do" are wishing they had said "I don't." Of course, there are couples just like that who are getting divorced, but many people in their 20s are getting divorced at lower and lower rates, primarily because the individuals in their 20s who are getting married are not being impulsive.

Causing a drop in business leaves wife with less alimony

It goes without saying that divorce is stressful, emotional and sometimes bitterly fought. Sometimes divorcing couples in Berks County will take out every negative emotion they are feeling on a soon-to-be ex-spouse, at times to their own detriment. For one out-of-state woman who went public with the accusation that her ex would not pay the $12,000 for their daughter's hearing aids (something that he would have very little trouble affording), it led to a decreased property division award.
