Fighting for access to your children

Most parents realize that if they are divorcing that they won't have the same sort of unlimited access to their children they once had. Parents may not be able to take spontaneous trips to the movies with their children. They may not be able to see them every day after work. When parents divorce, they generally share custody of the children, which is a bit of a departure from years past. Previously, many fathers in Wyomissing had very limited custody over their children.

Protecting financial assets may mean working outside of court

It would be next to impossible for someone in Berks County to not know someone who has gone through a divorce. Times are changing and the negative social stigma that was once associated with divorce is no longer there. People in Pennsylvania and across the country are willing to go through the emotionally draining divorce process for the chance of finding a more suitable partner.

How one spouse could throw off the divorce settlement

Divorce is not easy. There is no getting around that fact and there will be many people in Reading who will rely heavily on their support systems as they start, continue and end the divorce process. What can make the divorce process particularly difficult, however, is having one or both spouses refuse to cooperate. One way for divorces to go more smoothly is for both spouses to be open and honest, which can be difficult if dishonesty is what led to the end of the marriage.
