Biography
Carolyn received her JD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Upon graduation, she went on to obtain her law license in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Carolyn has experience working with the cart system with roles assisting judges and in cart administration. After joining Rowe Law, P.C. in early 2024, she now looks forward to working with clients to serve their family law and estate planning needs.
Carolyn resides in the Lancaster area with her family. Carolyn is a member of the Lancaster Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
