Using prenuptial agreements to regulate fidelity

There are many people in Wyomissing who are relatively forgiving and will take spouses back for a variety of mistakes, but many draw the line at infidelity. However a couple chooses to define infidelity, there are many people who just will not forgive a spouse for cheating. So, what if there was a way to reduce the risk of infidelity by signing a prenuptial agreement?

The correlation between renovation and divorce

Anyone in Berks County who has gone through a home renovation knows that it can be incredibly stressful, even for those people who really like building something from the ground up. From navigating contractors to making decorating decisions, the process of renovating a room or a house should not be taken on lightly. What is even more stressful, however, is deciding to divorce shortly after a renovation is complete. After all that work, it is not that uncommon for both parties to want to keep the marital home.

Child custody arrangements: more than just every other weekend

Even though many single parents in Berks County only have their children every other weekend, there are a multitude of different ways that divorced or never-married parents can share custody of their children. Pennsylvania family court judges can create impersonal and cookie-cutter child custody arrangements, but, by working with lawyers, divorcing couples can also come up with solutions that make it easier for both parents to spend quality time with their children.

28 couples ask state judge to grant same-sex marriage

Every same-sex couple in Pennsylvania is aware that they cannot legally marry in the state. Despite this, there are a number of same-sex couples in Berks County and across the state who have gone ahead and left the state to get married. When they come back, they can take advantage of the federal benefits of being married, but, in the eyes of the state, they are still single. This is difficult for many people, which is why 28 same-sex couples have filed a state lawsuit that would overthrow the state ban on same-sex marriage.
