Biography

Born and raised in Lehigh County, Attorney Hollinger later attended the University of Scranton where he graduated with high honors in 1993. During the summer of 1993, he worked as a legal intern with the New York City law firm of Shearman and Sterling. He next attended Widener University School of Law where he again graduated with honors while serving as a member of the editorial board of the University's prestigious Law Review.

Upon his graduation in 1996, Attorney Hollinger came to Berks County where he served as Judicial Law Clerk to President Judge Scott D. Keller (ret.) of the Berks County Court of Common Pleas. In 1998, he entered the private practice of law where he gained extensive experience in the areas of family law, criminal defense, estates, and workers compensation litigation. During this time, he dedicated himself to the compassionate yet aggressive representation of his clients.

In 2009, Attorney Hollinger opened his own law firm. Over the next ten years, he litigated hundreds of cases in numerous Counties across the commonwealth, as well as argued appeals matters in the Pennsylvania appellate courts. In 2019, Attorney Hollinger briefly returned to public service where he served as the primary judicial law clerk to over one dozen Senior Judges from across the Commonwealth-assisting each of the judges in various family, criminal, and civil matters.

Upon joining Rowe Law Offices, Attorney Hollinger brought with him successful and extensive litigation and trial experience. He continues his aggressive yet compassionate representation for each of his clients and continues to focus his practice in the areas of family law, criminal defense, and estates.

Attorney Hollinger lives locally with his wife and daughter and their family cat, Stormi. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, martial arts, cooking, and spending quality time with his family.
